This is the team page for the Connecticut Math Team. The team goes to the ARML (American Regions Math League) each year. Connecticut’s Team 1 placed 9th in the country in the 2026 ARML competition.
The 2027 ARML competition will take place on Saturday, June 5. The Connecticut team will be taking part at the St. Anselm College location in New Hampshire.
The 2027 team will be selected by means of the CT ARML Qualification Test, which will take place online on Thursday, March 4, 2027, from 4:15 PM until 6:30 PM. (The Qualification Test is taken remotely, from the student’s home. The student is required to have a phone and a computer, both connected to a Zoom meeting. Images of the student’s face and work area are communicated via Zoom while the student works on paper. At the end of the test, the student submits his/her answers online. There will be more detailed instructions for those who register for the test.)
Registration for the 2027 Connecticut ARML Qualification test will be made via this page, with the form being made available in early February, 2027.
The cost of the 2027 trip to the ARML competition is likely to be $100 (or $80 for swift payments). The expectation is that the fee will be covered by the participant or the participant’s parents. The low cost of the trip is made possible by the generous support of Hudson River Trading.

Saturday, May 15, 2027, 9:00AM–12:00PM online: Team Selection Test 2 and Power Round Practice
Friday, June 4, 2027, morning: Depart Connecticut on bus for St. Anselm College
Saturday, June 5, 2027: ARML Competition; Return to Connecticut
