This is the team page for the Connecticut Math Team. The team goes to the ARML (American Regions Math League) each year.
The 2024 ARML competition will take place on Saturday, June 1st. The Connecticut team will be taking part in person at the Penn State College location.
Our team has been selected by means of the CT ARML Qualification Test, which took place online on Thursday, March 7th, 2024, from 4:15 PM until 6:30 PM. (The Qualification Test is taken remotely, from the student’s home. An image of the student’s work area is communicated via Zoom while the student works on paper. At the end of the test, the student submits his/her answers online. There were more detailed instructions for those who register for the test.)
Registration for CT ARML Qualification Test closed on Thursday, February 29th.
The cost of this year’s trip to the ARML competition will be $80. The expectation is that the fee will be covered by the participant or the participant’s parents. This great reduction in cost is made possible by the generous support of Hudson River Trading.

Saturday, May 18th, 2024, 9:00AM–12:00PM online: Team Selection Test 2 and Power Round Practice
Friday, May 31st, 2024, morning: Depart Connecticut on bus for Penn State
Saturday, June 1st, 2024: ARML Competition
Sunday, June 2nd, 2024: afternoon: Return to Connecticut
