This is the team page for the Connecticut Math Team. The team goes to the ARML (American Regions Math League) each year.
The 2026 ARML competition will take place on Saturday, May 30th. The Connecticut team will be taking part at the St. Anselm College location in New Hampshire.
The 2026 team will be selected by means of the CT ARML Qualification Test, which will take place online on Thursday, March 5th, 2026, from 4:15 PM until 6:30 PM. (The Qualification Test is taken remotely, from the student’s home. An image of the student’s work area is communicated via Zoom while the student works on paper. At the end of the test, the student submits his/her answers online. There are more detailed instructions for those who register for the test.)
The cost of the 2026 trip to the ARML competition is expected to be around $80–$100. The expectation is that the fee will be covered by the participant or the participant’s parents. The low cost of the trip is made possible by the generous support of Hudson River Trading.

Saturday, April 11th, 2026, 10:00–11:30AM online: Practice 1
Saturday, April 18th, 2026, 10:00–11:30AM online: Practice 2
Saturday, May 9th, 2026, 9:00AM–12:00PM online: Team Selection Test 1, Team Round Practice, and Relay Practice
Saturday, May 16th, 2026, 9:00AM–12:00PM online: Team Selection Test 2 and Power Round Practice
Friday, May 29th, 2026, morning: Depart Connecticut on bus for St. Anselm College
Saturday, May 30th, 2026: ARML Competition; Return to Connecticut
